Cancellation Policy

In the event you must cancel an appointment, you must notify us a minimum of 48 hours prior to the course date. Same day cancellations will not be permitted. We offer no refunds. You will receive a full credit good for one year from the date of the course, if your cancellation is 48 hours prior to the start time.
We at AIMRRA reserve the right to cancel any classes without a refund if the cancellation is due to a natural disaster, extreme weather conditions or other causes that are not the responsibility of AIMRRA. If such situations do occur, you will be allowed to reschedule without penalty or hold credit without expiration. AIMRRA reserves the right to cancel any classes that fall below a minimum of 3 students. If a class is canceled, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance and will be given a choice to reschedule without penalty.

No Show Policy
You will be considered as a NO SHOW student if you do not show up to class and do not notify us at least two days before the start of the class. Refunds or credits will not be granted if you are a NO SHOW student.

Yes, students are required to have the current textbook for this course. If you already own one or have access to one before, during, and after the class, you do not need to purchase one here.

No, the purchase price includes an adult pocket facemask. No additional money out of your pocket.

We are providing you with the infant pocket facemask completely free of charge. There will be no additional fees for you to pay.
