I acknowledge my commitment to adhere to the guidelines of my examination format.
I acknowledge that my examination fee is nonrefundable and nontransferable, and must be utilized within 30 days of the purchase date, as failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payment.

I hereby confirm that I have read, comprehended, and agreed to comply with AIMRRA’s Code of Ethics. Any violation of this code, as determined at AIMRRA's discretion, may lead to the revocation of all credentials and membership conferred by AIMRRA.

I understand that, at AIMRRA's sole discretion, falsifying information to obtain or undertake an examination, including geographic or location details, constitutes a direct breach of AIMRRA’s code of ethics. Such actions will result in the loss of all credentials and membership with AIMRRA.

I acknowledge that the examination is open book, and it is my responsibility to possess the required book for the exam.
I understand that exams are updated annually on January 1st to reflect the Measurement Year (MY).

I acknowledge that all examinations are the exclusive property of AIMRRA. Reproduction, storage, or transmission of any part of the examination in any manner without express written permission from the publisher is strictly prohibited. Disclosure of proprietary information will be considered a violation of copyright laws and will lead to certification revocation.

I understand that to retain my certification, I must annually renew my membership with AIMRRA, fulfill any applicable late fees, and submit the required continuing education units (CEUs) each year.

I understand that all exams undergo rigorous quality checks and grading processes to ensure the accuracy of the final score.

Electronic Signatures: By selecting the “I Agree” or equivalent button on the certification examination start application, you are indicating your intent to sign the relevant document or record, constituting your signature. I have comprehensively reviewed and agreed to abide by the above guidelines. Failure to comply with any rules may result in exam disqualification, proctor decertification, forfeiture of invested funds, and potential civil and/or criminal prosecution at AIMRRA's discretion.
